One plugin, one price, one year. There is no tiered feature ladder and no seat count to work out: each paid tier is a single yearly price covering one production site. The monthly figure on each card is that year divided by twelve, so it can be compared against tools that really do bill monthly.

Start with Free. Every plugin has a free version on WordPress.org that is finished software, and plenty of sites need nothing more. When you do need the paid tier there are three plans, named the way Advanced Custom Fields names them: Personal for one site, Freelancer for ten, Agency for as many as you run. Staging never counts against your total.
What the price includes
- Every update released during your licence year, delivered in wp-admin
- Email support from the person who wrote the plugin
- One production site, with local, staging and development sites free
- Thirty days to change your mind, no questions asked
And what it does not
It does not buy permission to run the plugin, because the GPL already gave you that. It does not include building your site, writing your tracking plan or fixing a conflict in somebody else’s plugin, though we will always tell you what we can see.
And it does not buy anything the free version already does. Every free tier here is finished software, not a trial: plenty of sites will never need to pay, and that is the point.
Questions people ask before buying
What happens when a licence expires?
Nothing stops. The plugin keeps every feature it had, reports keep running and settings keep their values. What ends is updates and support, which is what the licence pays for.
Do staging and development sites count?
No. Local, staging and development sites are recognised and never counted against your activation. Deploying a client site to staging should not cost you a slot.
Can I use it on a client site?
Yes, and that is what the Freelancer and Agency plans are for. One key covers ten sites or as many as you run, and staging and development copies never count against it.
Is it really GPL?
Yes, all of it, free and paid. That means you can read it, change it and keep using it for as long as you like. The licence buys updates and support, not permission.
Do I need the free plugin to use Pro?
Yes. Pro extends the free plugin rather than replacing it, so both stay installed and active. WordPress will not let Pro activate on its own.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout. Any tax is worked out and shown before you pay, and the receipt is emailed to you with your licence key.
Is that a monthly subscription?
No, and there is no monthly plan. Every price here is a year, and the monthly figure is that year divided by twelve so you can compare it against tools that do bill monthly. You pay once.
Does it renew on its own?
No. A licence is a one year term. We email you before it ends and renewing is a decision you make, not a charge that arrives.
What if it does not do what this site says?
Ask for a refund within thirty days and you will get one. The refund page is one paragraph long for that reason.
