There are two separate things here: what the plugins do on your site, and what this store does when you buy from it. They are not the same, and only the second one involves us at all.
-
The short version
The plugins send us nothing. The store sends us what it needs to sell you a licence and support it, and nothing else. We do not run analytics on this site, we do not advertise, and we have nothing to sell anybody about you.
-
What the plugins collect
Nothing that reaches us. Attribution Tracker and Dynamic Content store information about a visit in a first party cookie on your own domain, and read it back on your own server. That data lives in your site and is yours.
There is no telemetry, no usage reporting and no external request of any kind. You can verify that: the source is in the plugin and on WordPress.org.
-
What buying a licence collects
Your name, email address, billing address where tax requires it, and a record of what you bought. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our server.
-
What activating a licence collects
The address of the site the key was activated on, and when. That is how an activation limit can be counted at all, and it is what lets us see why a key is not working when you ask.
Sites we can tell are local, staging or development are recorded the same way but never counted.
-
What this website collects
Standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, kept for a short period for security and debugging. No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no third party cookies.
-
Who else sees it
The payment provider, because they take the payment. The email provider, because receipts and support replies are email. The hosting provider, because the site runs somewhere. Nobody else, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
-
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Licence and activation records for the life of the licence and a year after, so a renewal can pick up where it left off. Support email for two years, because the answer to your question next time is often in it.
-
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to [email protected] and you will get an answer within thirty days, usually far sooner.
