Refunds

If a plugin does not do what this site said it does, ask for your money back within thirty days and you will get it. No form, no questions, no arguing about whether you used it.

How to ask

  1. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within thirty days of the purchase.
  2. Include the order number from your receipt. You do not have to explain why, though if something went wrong we would like to know so we can fix it.
  3. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. We start it the day we read your email, and your bank takes it from there, usually within a few working days.

What happens to the plugin

Your licence key stops working, so updates and support end. The plugin itself keeps running, because it is GPL and we could not stop it if we wanted to. We ask that you uninstall the paid tier, and we trust you to.

The edges of it

Thirty days runs from the day you paid, and a renewal is its own thirty days. After that a term is not refundable, though it also never renews on its own, so nobody is charged for a year they forgot about.

Try the free version first. Every plugin here has a free tier that is finished software rather than a trial, and the paid tier only adds what is listed on its page. The best way not to need a refund is to run the free one for a week.
